Anjli is a multifaceted food designer, podcast host, and food consultant. As the voice behind Bare Kitchen, an immersive food design studio, she crafts experiences that blend food and art while adhering to a zero-waste philosophy. Anjli believes that creating a carbon-neutral food environment allows for deeper narratives to unfold and nurtures human connection and curiosity. Her work has been showcased at prestigious events such as COP 21 & 24, the London Design Festival, and the London College of Fashion, as well as her live Empty Plate events.
In addition, Anjli is the founder and host of the Empty Plates podcast, the podcast explores food and culture through personal memories. Each episode features creatives, leaders, and thinkers discussing three dishes that have significantly impacted their lives.
As a consultant specializing in product development and strategy, she is dedicated to creating comprehensive food and beverage solutions for a diverse global client base, which includes well-known names like Starbucks, Chaiiwala, Wild Food Café, Slow Food, Chefs Manifesto, Chai by Mira, and Marz. Her extensive expertise spans food design, research and innovation, product development, sourcing, supply chain design, scaling operations, and entering new markets.
